FLASH VINO: LONDON
Wine, Focaccia & Music
Friday 13th March 2026 Shoredtch Arts Club, London
From 18:00 - 24:00
LONDON, IT'S HAPPENING!
What to expect...
London, it's happening.
We're bringing a slice of Flash Festival magic to Shoreditch Arts Club for one night only.
Think of this as your warm-up for Tuscany - or just a brilliant Friday evening if you can't make it to the festival. Either way, you're in for proper Tuscan hospitality: great wine, delicious food, and the kind of atmosphere where strangers become mates by the second glass.
We've partnered with our winetasting mates Plots & Parcels to curate four beautiful wines from Modal Wines—one white, one orange, one pink, one red. These aren't polite little sips either. We're pouring proper 125ml glasses because we're not about that stingy life.
Dal Fiorentino will be in the room serving up their legendary “schiacciate”, the Florentine cousin of focaccia, freshly made throughout the night. Think thin, crisp, olive-oil rich Florentine perfection, filled with Italian staples we love. Meat, vegan, vegetarian, no pork—everyone eats well.
This is Flash, so the music matters. Our Flash DJs are crafting a crescendo through the evening: white wine tunes to ease you in, orange wine energy as the night builds, rosé wine rhythms to get you swaying, red wine vibes to take you home. It's the Flash Festival soundtrack, compressed into one night in London.
This is wine tasting without the pretension. No intimidating sommeliers. No stuffy rules. Just great wines, great chats with wine connoisseurs and sommeliers, brilliant food, good people, good tunes and the kind of convivial atmosphere that makes Flash Festival what it is.
In Tuscany, we believe wine and food should be simple, quality, and accessible to everyone—not gatekept behind stuffy rituals or intimidating sommeliers. That's why along the wine tasting experience (4x glasses for £25!), all featured wines are available by the glass at just £7, and focaccia runs from £4.50-£6. Brilliant wine shouldn't require a trust fund.
Think of it as your taste of Tuscany without the flight—or your warm-up if you're joining us in Italy this May.
Either way, you're in for a proper night.
Doors open at 18:00. Last orders at 23:30. Good people, good wine, good music.
See you there x
Focaccia - Freshly Made on the night
Dal Fiorentino - the legendary focaccia spot from Florence and London - is providing freshly made “schiacciate”, the Florentine cousin of focaccia, thinner, crispier focaccia to pair with each pour. Meat, vegan, vegetarian, no pork options. Everyone's sorted.

What You'll Experience
Four beautiful wines curated by Plots & Parcels (one white, one orange, one pink, one red), fresh focaccia from Dal Fiorentino, and a crescendo of music from our Flash DJs. If you grab the Wine Tasting Pass, you get the full tasting experience (4x glasses of each wine). If you go Entry Only, you build your own night at the bar (there are cocktails as well as wine). Either way, you're in for great wine, brilliant food, and the kind of convivial atmosphere that makes Flash Festival what it is.
Where & When?
Shoreditch Arts Club, 18:00-24:00, Friday 13th March. Doors open at 18:00. Last orders at 23:30. Bar closes at 23:45.
Will there be food?
And not just any food—we've got the legendary Dal Fiorentino in the room serving up their famous focaccia freshly made throughout the night.
We have curated the menu with a variety of focaccia (available to order on the night from £4.50-£6) - from meat, vegan, vegetarian, and no pork options - all paired with each of your four wine pours. Buon appetito!
This is the same focaccia that has people queuing down the streets in Florence and London. Paired with brilliant wine. In the beautiful Shoreditch Arts Club. It's going to be good.
Can I buy wine by the glass after the wine tasting or if I just want to have one?
Absolutely. All featured wines from the tasting will be available by the glass at £7 throughout the night. This is the Tuscan way—great wine should be accessible, not gatekept.
I don't know anything about wine. Will I feel out of place?
Not at all. That's literally why we're doing this. Wine culture has gotten too serious and intimidating. This is a wine tasting party, not an exam. Come curious, ask questions, try things you've never heard of. No judgment, no pretension—just good wine and good people.
Can I come alone?
Please do. Flash events are built for this. You'll be surrounded by people in the same boat, and by the second glass, you'll have made new mates. That's the whole point!
What's the dress code?
Whatever makes you feel good. This isn't stuffy. Come comfortable, come yourself.
What wines are you pouring?
We're working with Modal Wines, curated by our friends at Plots & Parcels. We're pouring proper 125ml glasses because life's too short for tiny sips. One white, one orange, one pink, one red—all from interesting, fringe regions and small producers doing things differently. The full lineup will be announced closer to the event, but expect wines with edge, character, and serious drinkability.
How does the Wine Tasting Pass work?
Show up, check in (it includes entry) and you'll receive your four wines throughout the evening. It's the casual, easy atmosphere that you will see at Flash festival wine tastings. Chat to the wine sommeliers and connoisseurs to ask all the questions and hear all the stories. It's guided but not rigid—think of it as a journey through the night, from white wine tunes to red wine vibes.
